Montelena is a popular subdivision in North Rancho Bernardo just off I-15 and Pomerado Road. The neighborhood contains single and two story homes that were built from 1979 to 1995. In 2007, some homes were lost in the fires that ravaged the area, but they have been replaced with beautiful new ones that maintain the tradition of the neighborhood.
The homes are mostly three and four bedrooms, with a few five bedroom properties sprinkled in. The size of homes range from 1814 to 4548 square feet, and the exterior of homes are either stucco, brick, rock, or in some cases, wood.
Montelena offers the homebuyer’s a very large diverse variety of homes. Several homes have excellent mountain views and most have a nice-sized lots that allow for enjoying the beautiful weather and outdoor life that residents of Rancho Bernardo enjoy.
