Sue has lived in the area since 1984,  and combines her local expertise, knowledge, and professionalism helping families find their dreamhomes in San Diego County.  Sue Johnson has been one of Real Living’s  top producing agents in both units and sales volume in its inland division for several years.  Sue’s is also a certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource specialist.

Rich Johnson has held a number of Executive positions in the real estate field. Currently Vice President of Business Development for the entire brokerage, Rich also serves as the Branch Manager of Real Living’s Rancho Bernardo Regional Office. This location is the company’s largest and highest producing office in the network.  An experienced Realtor, Rich has sold and provided oversite to thousands of home sale transactions.  He also founded the Information Technology Division at Real Living Lifestyles and currently serves as an advisor to the division.  Rich also is the former Managing Director of the prestigious Elegant Homes Division.

In 2008, Rich & Sue’s daughter Misty joined the team. Misty’s career highlights include successful stints as a licensed insurance agent, underwriter and  title insurance representative. Prior to receiving her Real Estate license, Misty was the Office Administrator for Real Living’s Escondido office location. Misty is married with a son and daughter, and is known for her outgoing personality, vivacious outlook on life, and her ability to interact with all types of clients. She currently works directly with Sue Johnson as a listing and buyer’s agent.
