Unlike other areas of Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, and the Santa Fe Valley, the gated ColRich Homes communities of Bel Etage, Salviati and Savenna don't have an overabundance of listings. The inland corridor and Rancho Bernardo in particular continue to recover from the October 2007 wildfires. Residents burned by the fires are completing their architectural plans, shopping home builders, and working with their insurance companies in their daily effort to get back to normalcy.
